Our Standards

We work to high standards, enjoying particularly conservation and object framing. We are ‘tooled up’, with the best machinery, to ensure we can effeciently undertake any number of pictures whilst maintaining the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship.

Our standard framing aims to comply with the Fine Art Trade Guild’s Commended Standard, choosing acid-free materials mounts and only the best quality frames from our carefully chosen suppliers.

We work closely with our experienced restorer, Alison Gunther, who advises on restoration and conservation of your artwork.

In addition we offer enhanced framing including Conservation, Museum and even Budget-level on request, and will advise on the most appropriate methods, depending on the quality of the artwork and your budget.

It should be noted that many of the frames available on the general market fall well below the standard of the Guild’s Minimum level.
